how to manage my time

Query by Jenny: How do you will by yourself to handle time?
I know a lot of techniques to manage my time, but I simply do not have the will to really carry out what I program to do. It's gotten so undesirable that I frequently stay up until finally 2A.M. finishing things that I promised I would do earlier. This is seriously affecting my existence and my wellness. Please, can someone support me?

me and you have something in widespread!

I do this all the time. The way it has impacted me is that a lot of weekends go by without me even leaving the residence. I end up missing alot of meals and not acquiring sufficient rest in the course of the week.

Dishes get piled up, so does the laundry. Right after awhile I get to the point in which it definitely has to be accomplished and I usually do the dishes while the laundry is going.

Ask by yourself: what are my unfavorable consequences of procrastinating?

What do you do for the duration of these times when you promise yourself you'd do something but do something else rather?

What do you feel? Answer under!

  1. Commit yourself to a written list before you go to sleep. You can change it during the day but always write it down before you go to sleep

  2. Jenny I know what your going through I myself have the same problem. I tell myself that I’m going to do this ,that and the other thing .and when that time comes
I Procrastinate I’m just a big procrastinator. I can tell myself anything I want but when It comes time to doing what I say I’m going to do it’s always different I just keep
telling myself and promising myself that i will get to it the next day. and guess what the same thing

    good luck
    the procrastinator ( lol )

  3. The simple answer is: no, nobody can help you.

You are in a state of “refusal”.

Denial is: An unconscious defense mechanism characterized by refusal to acknowledge painful realities, thoughts, or feelings.

Refual is: unwillingness to act in accordance with what you know to be true. (it comes after denial and is much more painful because you know what you should be doing)

Only you can help yourself. When the discomfort of procrastination exceeds the discomfort of breaking your bad habits you will change. The only time you have the opportunity to change is right now so stop reading this message and get to work!
